Background
In the aftermath of devastating hurricanes that severely damaged Puerto Rico’s power grid, Montimber International, a general contractor based in Louisiana, was selected to help rebuild the island’s infrastructure. The project involved a multi-million-dollar FEMA contract that required the transport of critical equipment, including a large transformer and 28 pallets of materials, from California to Puerto Rico. Challenge
