Tactical Edge Wins a Position on DLA JETS Contract in support of IBM
Tactical Edge, as part of a Contractor Teaming Arrangement (CTA) with IBM, is an awardee on the Defense Logistics Agency J6 Enterprise Technology Services (DLA JETS) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle. The intent of the JETS IDIQ is to provide a full range of IT Services, including technical and management expertise that supports applications, software, hardware, infrastructure, and systems across the DLA IT Enterprise. While JETS will primarily support DLA IT services requirements, the resultant contracts will also allow for de-centralized ordering by other DoD agencies. The IDIQ has a ceiling of over $6 billion dollars and the Period of Performance extends from FY 17 to FY 25.
As a member of IBM’s CTA, Tactical Edge has access to all 21 Task Areas, including TASK AREA 9 – IA support for the Enterprise, TASK AREA 12 – Technology Evaluation Support, TASK AREA 16 – Systems Engineering Support, and TASK AREA 20 – IT Process Management Support. For more information on the vehicle, including its complete list of TASK AREAS, please see its listing on FedBizOpps here.
